赵睿，教授，华侨大学

He is a key introduced talent in Xiamen, and has won one second prize of Fujian Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress and one third prize of Xiamen Municipal Scientific and Technological Progress, and has supervised two graduate students to win the Excellent Master's Thesis Award of Fujian Province. He has published more than 100 papers in core journals and conferences at home and abroad, including more than 30 papers in SCI and more than 50 papers in EI, of which 2 TCOM papers as the first or corresponding authors are ESI highly cited papers. He has been authorized 41 invention patents and 1 utility model patent. He is now a senior member of IEEE, a member of Chinese Institute of Electronics, a member of Fujian Institute of Communications, and has been invited to serve as a reviewer of IEEE JSAC/TWC/TC/TVT and other international and domestic magazines and important international conferences, and as a member of the TPC of GLOBECOM, ICC, WCSP, etc. He is also a member of the Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the TPC of the National Science Foundation of China and the TPC of the National Science Foundation of China. He has presided over 1 youth project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 provincial and ministerial projects and 2 municipal projects, which have been successfully completed.

厦门市重点引进人才，获得1项福建省科技进步二等奖和1项厦门市科技进步三等奖，指导2名研究生获得福建省优秀硕士学位论文奖。在国内外核心期刊和会议上发表论文100多篇，其中SCI收录30多篇，EI收录50多篇，其中2篇作为第一或通信作者的TCOM论文为ESI高被引论文。授权发明专利41项和实用新型专利1项。现为IEEE senior member，中国电子学会会员，福建省通信学会会员，并受邀担任IEEE JSAC/TWC/TC/TVT等国际国内著名杂志及重要国际会议的评审人，担任GLOBECOM、ICC、WCSP等国际会议TPC member。所主持的1项国家自然科学基金青年项目、4项省部级项目和2项市厅级项目已顺利结题。
