周林，男，河南南阳人，华侨大学信息科学与工程学院通信工程系副教授、硕士生导师、院长助理，福建省高层次人才、IEEE高级会员、中国电子学会高级会员、中国通信学会高级会员、福建省通信学会无线通信与智能感知专委会副主任，福建省知识产权协会、厦门市科技局、厦门市工信局、厦门市数据管理局、厦门市市场监督局、厦门科技交流合作协会、厦门市工业互联网协会、厦门市知识产权协会等单位评审专家。长期致力于信源信道编码、无线通信、工业互联网和人工智能等领域的研究工作，主持或参与几十项各类科研项目。其中作为项目负责人，主持或完成国家自然科学基金项目1项、福建省项目2项、泉州市高层次人才项目1项、厦门市科技计划项目3项、华侨大学高层次人才项目1项，企业横向开发项目多项。在国际、国内期刊和会议发表学术论文近100篇，发明专利已授权10项，20项发明专利正在审核中。
