魏德志，集美大学诚毅学院，博士、教授，信息工程系主任、兼任科研促进部主任，福建省系统工程学会常务理事，人工智能学会理事，厦门市科技专家库专家、厦门市高层次C类人才、福建省高校杰出青年科研人才、福建省优秀教师。主持和参与市厅级以上科研和教改项目共 16 项；发表论文共 21 篇，其中 SCI 1 篇，EI2 篇，核心刊物 9 篇；主编国家级教材 2 本；研究的文章已发表至期刊《物理学报》、《情报科学》、《计算机应用研究》等杂志。
